Give coherence to the Movistar apps ecosystem

According to our studies with Movistar clients, we had a big problem: clients did not know what products they had contracted for and had numerous problems when using them. The organization in silos of the company, prevented the realization of transversal projects that would give consistency to the customer experience throughout the apps. We propose an experience and project with the aim of finally achieving that premium experience that clients pay for.

The main ecare app "My Movistar" is proposed as the axis to discover the services, in addition to launching projects such as Single sign on, unique customer profile throughout the apps.
